By accessing or using fingyd ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100, whichever is greater)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fingyd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 will survive termination.
